Quality Assurance and Quality Control:
As a multi-faceted company KJ's Services sets the standard for commitment to innovation, quality, and service and will use every available resource to achieve our commitment. Total Quality Management (TQM) has given us the ability to achieve cost effective project completion and has empowered consistency and standardization of our resources. Our in-house CAD system has helped us to achieve increased procurement schedules, work process improvement, and on-time job scheduling. In summary KJ's Services quality assurance process is doing things right the first time.

Our safety department works with project managers and field supervisors to achieve the highest level of safety awareness and to eliminate the potential hazards of industrial construction. This is accomplished through weekly safety meetings and audits which alleviate potential problems and aid in the achievement of our safety objectives. We work closely with professional organizations which includes keeping abreast of the latest construction safety technology and regulations.
